Orders
A product page shows the pack size, price in Indian rupees, and what is included. Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed when you receive an order email and the payment is successful.
We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the price was shown in error, or we cannot deliver to the address. If we cancel after payment, the amount is refunded to the original payment method.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in INR. The price on the product page is the price you pay, plus shipping if it applies. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment is collected by our payment gateway. Harvest Bind does not store your card or UPI credentials. The order is packed after the gateway confirms the payment.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered by the shipping policy. Returns, cancellations, and refunds are covered by the refund and cancellation policy.
Using the website
You may use this site to read about our products and to place an order. You may not misuse the site, attempt to access another customer’s order, or copy our product text and photographs for your own shop.
Product descriptions are written for everyday cooking and food production. They are not medical advice.
Liability
Packaged starch should be stored as described on the pack and used before the date printed on it. We are responsible for sending the product you ordered, in sound condition. We are not responsible for a result that comes from storage, recipe, or use after delivery, except where Indian consumer law says otherwise.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest still apply.
