- Name, email address, phone number, and delivery address when you place an order or write to us.
- Order details, including the products, quantity, and amount paid.

- Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, through essential cookies.
Card numbers, UPI PIN, and CVV are entered on the payment gateway. Harvest Bind does not store them.
How we use it
- To take, pack, and deliver your order, and to send order updates.
- To answer questions about products, bulk orders, shipping, or returns.
- To keep the site secure and to understand which pages are used.
- To meet tax and accounting requirements.
We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. Contact messages are kept while we are handling the enquiry and for a short period afterwards. You can ask us to delete a message that we no longer need.
