Where we ship
We deliver to serviceable addresses in India. If a pin code is not serviceable, we will tell you before the order is dispatched and refund any payment already taken.
Charges and speed
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days, ₹79. Free when the order subtotal is ₹999 or more.
- Express delivery: 1–2 business days, ₹149.
Business days do not include Sundays and public holidays. Remote pin codes can take longer than the window above, and the courier’s serviceability check applies.
Dispatch
Orders placed on a business day before 2:00 PM IST are packed the same day when the product is in stock. Later orders are packed on the next business day. You receive a confirmation when the payment succeeds, and a further update when the parcel is handed to the courier.
Delivery problems
If the tracking does not move, or the parcel arrives damaged, write to info@matrixuv.com with the order number. Damaged and incorrect deliveries are covered by the refund and cancellation policy.
